Predicting a robust renaissance in the online business-to-business category following the dot-com flop of 2001, Dubai-based Madar Research is projecting a 55 per cent annual rise in B2B e-commerce in the UAE that will boost revenues from $4 billion last year to $36 billion in 2010.

‘CNN Live Today’ anchor plans soapbox on the Web
CNN midmorning anchor Daryn Kagan is leaving the network after 12 years to start up her own online business. Kagan, who anchors CNN Live Today weekdays from 10 a.m. to noon, will sign off Sept. 1. Her new website, darynkagan.com, launches Nov. 13.
